Information
User registration knows different flows on handling customer/address data and user management.
We include the ERP system as a source, however this can also be a middleware or ESB tool, which is connected to the ERP or other data sources.
These are the different registration methods:
Complete registration on the shop
User enters complete data into a form on the CloudSuite website. The user can directly order products (depending on the userrole setting). The user settings are created based on a template.
Wait time: user can order directly
Most of the time the user is set to pay directly for the order.

External Registration
User registers on the webshop in an external form. The backoffice enters the customer data into the ERP. After that the Integration creates the customer/address/user in CloudSuite.
Wait time: user must wait for approval

Optionally the user can get an activation email (with password reset option): User activation
Partial registration - ERP approval
User enters complete data (also the password) into a form and a user is created . The additional data (company info) is stored in CloudSuite. The information is send to the backoffice. And can be fetched by the Integration. The user can login when the registration is approved by the ERP and the customer/address is created and the user is linked to the customer.
Approval must be done in an external system (like CRM of ERP)

Optionally the user can get an activation email : User activation
Partial registration - CloudSuite approval
User enters complete data (also the password) into a form and a user is created . The additional data (company info) is stored in CloudSuite. The information is send to the backoffice. The backoffice employee approves and links the user to the right customer. The user can login when the registration is approved by the backoffice in CloudSuite.
All customers must be present in CloudSuite
Wait time: user must wait for approval
User is created by superuser
A superuser has the option to create a new user in the my-account environment. This method is used for when the customer supervisor can create accounts for the employees.
